Outrigger Platter
Delicious and creamy  spinach dip served with Hawaiian bread and garnished with cherry tomatoes.

Pau Hana Platter
Bountiful assortment of tortilla chips served with our own tropical salsa which is made from juicy ripened tomatoes, authentic spices and a touch of sweetness from luscious pineapples, tangy mangoes & scrumptious papaya.  

Hukilau Platter
A platter of chilled ready-to-eat medium-sized shrimp that is just waiting to be dipped in cocktail and enjoyed by your guest.

Moonlight  Platter
Romance your guest with the right balance of authentic flavors and varieties of succulent assortment of sushi.  

Lava Flow
Dip into some fun by dipping fresh fruit and other delicacies into our decadent, warm & creamy flow of luscious chocolate mixture. Dunk your favorite goodies such as brownies, pound cake, angel food cake, graham crackers, marshmallows, pretzels, tiny cookies and fresh fruit such as strawberries, pineapple & crystallized ginger into our delicious chocolate fondue.

Hangloose Platter
A delicious selection of turkey, roast beef or ham served with cheddar or Swiss cheese on flaky buttery croissants.  Comes with a condiment tray consisting of mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes,  red onion, pickle chips and banana peppers.

Hang Loose Platter
Tender kalua pork combined with a mixture of three cheeses layered in a warm crispy flour tortilla and served with our own tropical salsa and sour cream. 

Ali’i  Skewers
Your choice of Huli Chicken, Paniolo (BBQ) Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken or Teriyaki Beef.  grilled to perfection over an open flame and served on a skewer stick.   
These skewered pieces of marinated chicken or meat can be served as an appetizer or main dish.

E komo mai (welcome) your guest with this vegetable platter containing a bountiful harvest of carrots, celery, cucumbers, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms,tomatoes & peppers.
Served with ranch dip.

Paradise Fruit Platter
A beautiful assortment of fresh fruit such as: pineapple, strawberries,kiwi, grapes and melon. 
Served with our own creamy coconut delight fruit dip.

Maui Gold Pineapple
Enjoy the sweet taste of the islands with mouth watering Maui Gold Pineapple.  Delicious sweet juicy wedges of pineapple skewered and sprinkled with
li hing mui powder.    

Pineapple Boats
Ripe and deliciously healthy, this pineapple is cut into chunks tossed with assortment of fruits and served in its own shell.  Makes a great centerpiece.
